4.19.12 AMERICAN TORQ THRUST II'S IT IS.

The wheels have been ordered. American Torq Thrust II's with matte gray spokes.

After much deliberation, I landed on staggered sizing which the Burb already had -- (Wheel Vintique 17 rears,16" fronts)

This time around, I'm going with a bit less tire and a tad more wheel. 18X8 rears, 17X7 fronts. 

I'm still weighing tire sizes but something in the 45, 50 or 55 series is likely. 

Perhaps 245/50/18s in the rear 27.8" diameter, and 235/50/17s in front 26.3 diameter. 

For reference, I'm presently running wheel Vintiques 17X8 and 16X7 wheels with these tire sizes

REAR: 275/60/17s in the rear with a 30" diameter 

FRONT: 255/50/16s in front which measure 29.1" in diameter

SCENARIO ONE:  55 SERIES TIRES

So, if I were to run a 245/55/18 in back, 28.6 diameter, I'd be roughly 3/4" lower in back

A 235/55/17 in front would have me at 26.9, which would bring me roughly an inch lower. 

SCENARIO TWO: 

A 245/50/18 would have me at 27.8" in diameter, which would sit about 1.25" lower.

A 235/50/17 would have some at 26.3 in diameter, which would bring the rear down about 1.5" lower.

I love this theoretical stuff.
